If your looking for a gym-quality wall-mounted dip bar which bolts securely to your wall studs, this is the one. Shipped with mounting hardware, this dip bar can be mounted directly onto studs. If you want to adjust the spacing to comfortably fit you, we recommend mounting on horizontal wood. This can be purchased at your local hardware relatively inexpensively then attached to the wall. The dip should then be attached to the new wood. Consult a contractor if necessary. Construction details include a heavy-duty steel frame, textured steel grips with padded foam, and a gunmetal powder-coated finish. The parallel grips extend out 20 inches from the wall. Great to develop your chest, arms, back, and entire upper body. An optional chin up bar attachment is also included.
